The Design Laboratory

We are a design studio that delivers media, graphics, fashion and product consultancy for a wide range of international clients. We employ the best emerging talents in design, communication, fashion and film from the University of the Arts London, overseen by experienced creative managers.

The Design Laboratory team consists of five established teams of permanent staff working alongside carefully selected graduate interns and freelancers.

Based at Central Saint Martins, we allow clients to benefit from the freshest creative thinking and provide talented graduates with the opportunity to start their careers on exciting projects.

What we do

We offer a full range of design services in communications, fashion, content, animation and product solutions, from initial concepts through to finished products and even overseeing the manufacturing process.

A creative manager leads each client project and we recruit our graduate designers on a project basis, ensuring we match their skills to the client's requirements – these are accomplished individuals with a proven track record rather than raw student talent. We have a very collaborative approach – we listen to our clients' needs and we aim to inspire them and their target audiences with the results.
